ROBERTO TRIBUNO
ROBERTO TRIBUNO
Roberto Tribuno was born in Biella, Italy, in 1963. After the graduation in Business Administration at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, he moved to London where he worked at EMEA as Internal Auditor for a leading US multinational society for three years.
In 1991, he qualified as Chartered Accountant and he started to develop internationally his professional and inter-professional activity, becoming Advisor or Statutory Auditor in some Boards of Directors.
In 1997, in London, together with some leading non-Italian professionals, he founded the Bridge Kennedy International, a professional company of accountants and lawyers focused on professional assistance and advice to cross-border clients and private Equity Fund in the areas of tax, legal, corporate, strategic, and Corporate Finance.
In 2000, he started working with operators of the health and social healthcare sector, and in 2003 he started assisting the Orpea Group in its strategic and operational development activities in Italy and abroad, and he became the Chief Executive Officer of the Orpea Group in Italy.
Thanks to these experiences, in 2017, Roberto Tribuno launched the Fondo Personae, an innovative financial instrument in the health and social healthcare sector, addressed to a dynamic and expanding market.
Since 2017, he has been continuing the research and development of new projects and acquisitions of social and healthcare structures for Rodevita Spa.
MARIANGELA BABBEI
MARIANGELA BABBEI
Mariangela Babbei was born in Milano in 1970. After obtaining a technical-commercial diploma, she began her professional experience in the Marketing office of an important company that supply electro-medical equipment to hospitals.
From 1996 she started to collaborate with a Hi-Tech company leader in manufacturing of electronical components based on Silicon Valley. She worked in the commercial office and managed the relationships with the distributors’ network.
In 2003 she joined the Bridge Kennedy International, and together with Roberto Tribuno, she started to collaborate at the development of the Orpea Group in Italy, a leader in Europe in the management of nursing homes and rehabilitation clinics.
In 2014 she focused on the strategic development of Orpea Group in Italy, working on research and development of new projects aimed at the acquisition or construction of health and social healthcare facilities. In addition, she took care of all marketing and commercial aspects concerning the promotion of the Structures of the Orpea Group in Italy, following the public relations and the relations with the Institutions.
Starting from 2017, she is continuing these activities of research and development of new projects for Rodevita Spa.
SIMONA BERGOMI
SIMONA BERGOMI
Simona Bergomi was born in Milan, Italy, in 1968. After obtaining a technical-commercial diploma, she started her professional experience in the administrative and accountant area in several small and medium sized companies. She has been following the administrative and accounting procedures with an all-encompassing approach, the closing of financial statement, and the management control with the commercial department.
In 2001, she joined the Bridge Kennedy International, and together with Roberto Tribuno, she began to collaborate at the professional assistance in the administrative-accounting and tax area of clients companies and, in particular, in the development in Italy of the Orpea Group, a leading company in Europe in the management of nursing homes and rehabilitation clinics. She focused her activity on the financial and economic analysis of budgets and business plans aimed at the acquisition or construction of health and social-health facilities. Since 2017, she has been continuing these activities for Rodevita Spa.
ANDREA GENITONI
ANDREA GENITONI
Andrea Genitoni was born in Milan, Italy, in 1973. After the graduation in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan, he worked for a construction society dealing with executive planning, contract control and as construction site supervisor.
In 2001, he professionally qualified as Architect and began to work both for the construction’s society and as a free-lance in his own professional studio.
His profession led him to deal mainly with the technical-administrative aspects related to the design process of urban and architectural planning. From 2008 to 2017, he carried out a professional collaboration with the Orpea Group in the area of real estate development, dealing with real estate analysis, design, and supervision of the orders relating to the construction and/or renovation of nursing homes and rehabilitation clinics.
From 2013 to 2015, he worked as advisor for the Municipality of Milan – Implementation of Urban Instruments’ sector – dealing, in particular, with technical-administrative tests of the Porta Garibaldi, Varesine, and Bosco Verticale projects and some investigations concerning master’s plans for new building projects.
He is currently working as advisor for some leading companies and multinationals in which he is the person responsible for the setting up of their main offices, and he deals with private clients in various fields.
Thanks to his ten-year experience in the healthcare and social healthcare sector, since 2017 he has started a professional collaboration with Rodevita Spa, in order to manage several real estate development’s projects.
ELISA MASSARO
ELISA MASSARO
Elisa Massaro was born in Treviso, Italy, in 1979. In 2005, she graduated in Architecture at the Venice University Institute of Architecture where she also qualified as an Architect.
During her educational process, she collaborated with some professional studios, having the opportunity to participate in the project for the realisation of the new Antonio Canova Airport in Treviso, Italy, and in the project for the conservative renovation of the Railway Station of Treviso.
In 2006, she moved to Milan, where she started her professional activity in the design of residential building and offices, with a particular attention to interior design.
In 2012, she began a collaboration with the Orpea Group in its real estate development in Italy, working with preliminary feasibility study and design.
She is currently an advisor for some leading companies and multinationals in which she is the person responsible for project management and design of new projects of expansion or transfer, and she follows some private clients in the residential sector.
In 2017, she joined the team of Rodevita Spa as a consultant for the design and construction of health and social healthcare facilities.
VITTORIA MELONI
VITTORIA MELONI
Vittoria Meloni was born in Saronno, Italy, in 1988. After some years in the Faculty of Architecture, she graduated at the Polytechnic of Milan with a specialisation in interior design.
During her university career, she had the opportunity to participate at the Erasmus program at the Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain, and she had the opportunity to study and understand different approaches to architectural projects, thus expanding her cultural and technical background and developing excellent teamwork skills.
She professionally qualified as an Architect and in 2014 she started to collaborate with some architecture studios, developing projects of restructuring, graphic redesign, and interior design of both residential and small commercial spaces.
Since 2014, she has been collaborating, through Euro BKI, with the Orpea Group and, later on, with Rodevita Spa in the development of health and social healthcare facilities in Italy. In particular, she works on on-site inspections, feasibility studies, and preliminary projects up to the presentation of the building permit. After this first phase, she controls the works as the Representative of the Client for the entire duration of the construction stage, until the delivery of the finished property to the management.
GIUSEPPE GIOCONDO
GIUSEPPE GIOCONDO
Giuseppe Giocondo was born in Agrigento, Italy, in 1989. He moved to Milan where he studied Management Engineering, specialising in Environment and Safety Management, at the Carlo Cattaneo University – LIUC of Castellanza, Italy.
In 2013, during his university studies, he began his working experience as a trainee in Power Trading, a society that operates in the wholesale energy exchange throughout Europe and in the retail sales to industrial end consumers and small and medium-sized enterprises.
In 2016, he started to collaborate with a University Research Center in a project of logistics and rationalization of the sanitary warehouse of the Milan Polyclinic Hospital. In the same year, he took part in the realization of the Strategic Company Organizational Plan (POAS) of the ASST of the Seven Lakes of Varese, Italy.
In 2017, he joined the team of Rodevita Spa, where he follows both the real estate development and the management, along with the financial and economic analysis of budgets and business plans, thanks to his all-encompassing corporate vision.
FEDERICA CARUGGI
FEDERICA CARUGGI
Federica Caruggi was born in Varese, Italy, in 1992. She graduated in Business Economics with a specialisation in Psychology and Economic Sociology at the Carlo Cattaneo University – LIUC in Castellanza, Italy.
In 2015, she started working in the family company Tessitura Spugna, where she acquired an all-encompassing commercial approach that touches different fields of interest.
In 2016, she worked for a Non-Italian multinational company as Trade Marketing expert, in which she was in charge of the realisation of sell-in material for sellers, advertising campaigns, and a more technical task such as the reporting and organization of the budget. After this experience, she decided to continue in the Marketing area by joining the team of Rodevita Spa in which she works in the Communication area, thus expanding her skills.
LUCA BERNARD
LUCA BERNARD
Luca Bernard was born in 1975 in Turin, Italy, where he graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic University. As an undergraduate, he collaborated with two professional firms, actively participating in the design of important restoration works for the Polo Reale in Turin and new buildings in the residential and tourist/reception sectors. Since 2004, after obtaining his licence, he started his own practice with a special interest in energy efficiency in the building industry, thus becoming an Expert Consultant at CasaClima/KlimaHaus. He is an energy certifier accredited by the Piedmont and Liguria Regional Governments, where he worked on renovations and new buildings with high energy efficiency.
From 2008 to 2017 he collaborated with the Orpea Group dealing with real estate development, design and supervision of contracts for the construction of nursing homes and mental hospitals.
He currently works as a consultant for some leading companies and multinationals and is responsible for project management, design and works management as well as following, in various areas, private customers and public bodies.
Thanks to his ten-year experience, he joined the Health Invest team for the development of real estate projects in the social and health field.
